Minna Zelch - President
Minna has worked in education for over 20 years and specializes in creating English/Language Arts curriculum and assessments. She is a graduate of Washington University with a BA in Political Science and Education Studies and holds an M.Ed. in Administration, Planning, and Social Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Minna resides in South Russell with her husband and two children, both of whom have dyslexia and ADHD.

Christina Lopez - Secretary
Christina joined the Tiger Prep board in late 2022. She is an Autistic adult with two children in the Chagrin Falls School district. Christina is a member of the Ohio Whole Child Network, the Autistic Self Advocacy Network (ASAN), the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP), the Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates (COPAA), and most recently joined the team at the Alliance Against Seclusion and Restraint (AASR) as a volunteer. Christina works in Digital Marketing, and holds a degree in Political Science. She is an active member of the disability advocacy community, and works to support legislative efforts that improve access and inclusion for disabled adults and children.

Beth Anne Harbaugh
Beth is currently pursuing a Masters’s degree in Education and will be pursuing an Elementary School Teaching license. This year she is student teaching at West-Geauga Schools. Previously she was an educational aide for 5 years for autistic students in the Kenston School District. She is a graduate of Rowan University with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Public Relations. Beth and her husband, Tony are the proud parents of one Chagrin Falls student and one Chagrin Falls graduate. Ryan is a Niagara University student in Performance/Acting. Sean is in High School and also loves singing and performing. Sean happens to have apraxia, Motor Planning/Processing Delays, and we have been on the special education/IEP journey since Sean was 3.
Sally Goss
Sally Goss first began educating herself about learning differences as a parent so she could better advocate for her family. She now works as an Educational Aide supporting students with varied learning styles and needs. Sally continues to be passionate about learning differences, and regularly seeks continuing education opportunities to add to her expertise. She enjoys getting to know students and being able to work together to
find practical strategies and tools that help them learn best.
Sally is a graduate of Ohio University. Her earlier professional experience is with event-driven public relations and merchandising, notably with a high-profile Capitol Hill firm in Washington, DC and with luxury retailer, Tiffany & Co in New York. Locally, Sally has made significant contributions as a committed volunteer and board member with several organizations including Safe Routes Chagrin, the Chagrin Valley Recreation Center, and the Chagrin Valley Women’s League. Her areas of specialty include event planning and logistics, fundraising, and volunteer management.
Sally and her husband John (a Chagrin native), live in Chagrin Falls and have two children. Their son is a recent graduate of Chagrin Falls High School, and their daughter is a current CFHS student. Sally loves spending time with family and friends (she is an extrovert after all). While she has a myriad of terrific interests, she is particularly devoted to Jeopardy!
Dixie J. Singer, Emeritus
Dixie is the President of Yours Truly Restaurants and past President of the Chagrin Valley Chamber of Commerce. She and her husband Alec are the proud parents of Theron Singer and Rand Singer. Theron has been diagnosed with Autism and/or PDD-NOS and is training at Cuyahoga Vocational Education Consortium (CVEC).
Jennifer Treadway Burke, Emeritus
Jenny has a law degree and a master of social work. She is the founder of a new online business MooBoo Resources that produces parent and kid friendly autism teaching tools designed to build cognitive, communication, social and problem-solving skills. Jenny and her husband Tim have two kids who are graduates of Chagrin Schools: Molly, a student at Boston University, and Danny, a music student at Capital University, who also happens to have autism.
